Fake gold bar listing on eBay

What can I do? I purchased 1 oz gold bar from eBay listing but when I received an item the gold bar were fake not a real gold

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.

When purchasing items like bullion that are subject to counterfeiting, it makes sense to choose to only purchase from the most trusted sellers with long track records of selling and delivering such items that have proven that they know exactly what they are doing.
