Fake face soap
Hi, I ordered two Noestrata Foaming Glycolic Washes from a seller. Return window closed Feb 11th. I went to use first bottle and discovered both are filled with clear soapy "fake" liquid. Is there anything I can do? I messages the seller asking for a refund but haven't heard back. I feel taken, and bummed!

Mentor2 months agoSorry this happened. Unfortunately you are past the deadline of 30 days from receipt to open any case on eBay. Check with your payment source about a charge back. Each payment source has their own deadline for this so act now. If you can open the charge back this will cost the seller a $20 fee from eBay for having to deal with the charge back which you will most likely win.
