Fake eBay member
I received a message today from a buyer stating that they purchased 2 items and only received one. When I looked for the transaction, I had no record of any sale to the buyer username making the claim. I asked the buyer for the date of sale so I could double check the transaction before responding back. The buyer sent me a photo which looked very suspicious and did not contain the date of sale. I tried to contact eBay to report the buyer as a possible scammer. During this online process with eBay, they had no record of this member in their system. I cannot find a way to report this to fake member to eBay as they want to tie the issue to a product sale. Of course, that never happened. Nor does eBay have any record of the member concerned. Does anyone else know how I can report this possible scammer issue to eBay?
