Fake diamonds

Question

Every diamond I bought off of eBay was fake. It was moissanite. They make up fake certifications as well so fake diamonds and fake paperwork I had them all looked at by a jeweler and eBay has done nothing about it. They offer partial refund and that’s about as good as she can get without having to send these things back to India or whatever it’s absurd

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee.

You can receive a FULL refund, with seller paying the return shipping costs.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions†click on “Return item†and select the reason for the return. “doesn't match description. Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
If the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
