OP4 months agoOutside of Pay Pal or EBay responsibility. I contacted PayPal to let them know shipper information so they could prevent future fraud to other buyers. Lady seemed to care less.

Mentor4 months ago@richglos Unfortunately there is no way for the PayPal to block a bad seller. eBay buyers can use many methods to pay at checkout.
All you can do is report the sellers accounts to eBay if they are still active and you know their user ID.

OP4 months agoThese Morgans have been purchased over a three to four year period. I had no reason to suspect anything wrong until I put together sets of 1878-1904 plus 1921. Then I had people wanting to purchase. The first one was a jewelry store owner. He weighed the coins and they aren’t even close to what they should be. I purchased a scale and all of them (373) are fake.

Mentor4 months ago@richglos Sorry that happened. If you have not had the coins more than 30 days then you can return them for a refund using the eBay Money back guarantee. Note starting May 7th the eBay MBG for Bullion, Coins and Paper Money, changes to 3 days from the date of delivery.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
If it is too late to file an eBay claim contact your payment method for a fraud charge back.
