Fake bidders?
While I may not think this to be ethical, is it ok within ebay policies to have a "buddy" run up the bidding prices for sellers? because I've been seeing it a lot lately.

How have you been able to see a seller's "buddy" run up bidding prices when bidder's identities are hidden?
