Fake ball
Hi,
My son ordered a Jabulani soccer ball recently. It wasn't a Jabulani ball, and it wasn't the ball in the listing. The seller agrees to us returning it but isn't providing a shipping label. They want us to pay to return it to a place in Pakistan. This is the only address provided even though they said earlier that they would provide a US address to return it to. It also came from a place in New Jersey.
When I try to contact Ebay, the AI contact chat just tells me "Yes, they'll accept it. Please return."
Do I really have to return this fake ball at my expense to Pakistan? Shouldn't they provide the shipping label?

Mentor4 months agoNo, you do NOT have to return at your expense.
If you filed a Return Request with a valid reason, and the seller is not providing a prepaid return shipping label, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you:
