Fake auction
Hi it's my first auction on ebay
But I have other experiences on other site.
I just won an auction I thought I didn't, because the bidder just above me by 2$ cancels his bidding, how is it possible when the rule say only 12 hours before the end of the auction. And I feel they have bid just above my maximum automatic bid, then cancelled it so I have to pay my maximum price even though I didn't have any real counter bidder but in case I have to pay, and with tva without any saying. I would have accepted it more readily if I had a real auction

Mentor3 years agoThere are many reasons why this could happen, none of which equals a fake auction. It is possible the other bidder had a problem with their Ebay account and Ebay cancelled their bid.
But congratulations on being the winning bidder. I hope you enjoy your purchase. Don't forget to pay your seller right away.
