Fake Apple Pencil
I bought what I thought was an Apple Pencil, only to get it in the mail not working properly. turns out it's a fake and very obviously not an actual Apple product. I go to the seller to try and return it for a refund and the account and listing has been deleted. I send a request for a full refund and it shows that the seller is only willing to do a partial refund of half the money. Thats not ok with me I want my money back for getting scammed. And I can't figure out how to contact eBay to get them to step in on this. Please if I can get some help here it would be very appreciated.

I'm sorry that happened. Did you open a return request?
If so, and the seller isn't providing you with a full refund or a return label, then wait 3 days and you will be able to 'Ask eBay to Step In'. It will be right in the return request.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
