Fake and defective perfume
I bought Chanel perfume, which turned out to be fake. It is just pink water and has no fragrance. It was defective and by the time it reached me, half of the vial was empty. The seller does not return the money. That's why I ask you to return the money. That perfume cost $105. I have not encountered such a thing with you yet, and if possible, take appropriate measures.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
