Fake airpods
Purchased airpods with additional warranty last June. Started having issues in December. Inquired about additional warranty. Was told to claim on the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Took airpods to Apple store as instructed and was informed they were not authentic. And had a duplicate serial number.
Contacted seller who denies that they are fake. The listing is gone. Can't report or leave feedback. Seller since 2019 with Ebay endorsement as a "reputable " seller. No current listing. Do I have any recourse?
