Fake account
I went to buy something that looked like a too good to be true deal and sent a lower offer and it accepter right away. I got ebay to cancel it and get my money back because looking at the sellers account was just created today and selling way below what should be. How do i let ebay know about this to save people from getting scammed

You can report all the "too good to be true" deals on eBay using the "?" icon in the lower right of each listing, but the problem is that scammers can keep putting up new listings up faster than eBay will take them down, particularly since there is no rule that says a listing cannot have an unrealistically low price.
If eBay blocked or removed all listings with "too good to be true" prices, scammers would not stop scamming, they would simply keep raising their prices and relisting until the listings went through; the same listings would still be there, they would be harder to detect since the prices would be more in line with all the non-scam listings.
Your best bet is to learn how to avoid falling for "too good to be true" deals and instead choose to purchase items from trustworthy sellers with a proven track record of actually delivering what was described.
