Fake 14K Seller

I brought this so called 14K from a UK seller in February even on the chain it says 14K well I am allergic to metal none 14k, for 2 months now, I have been have bumps and redness on my neck due to the summer heart not thinking it was tue chain the bumps and redness never went away. Took the chain off several times before then and my neck would heal. Put it back on same thing. Well today I decided to clean it in the 14k jewel cleaning solution that I use for all of my jewelry and it turned color. Problem solved this is why my neck continues to be raw because the seller sold me a dude necklace with the in print engraved 14k when in actuality it is not 14k. I want my money back
