    Fake 10oz silver bars on eBay
                     

    The 10oz 9999 silver bars I received are silver plated. Two different pawn shops verified that and would purchase from me. The 9999 10oz silver bar is also overweight according to 3 highly accurate other scales. the seller is not accepting returns. How can I use the eBay guaranteed? How can I contact eBay by phone?
