failed transaction
i made a purchase but the transaction was not succssful, i contacted ebay and they said my mney will be refunded in 3-5 days it has now been 6 days no refund and i can not reach the agents every time i try i just get stacked with the autaomatic answers i have tried the call option but i never received the call. ehat should i do
