Failed to receive order
My Epoxy Seal Garage floor paint was ordered on 4/25/2026 at 12:28 pm. Order #21-14536-32597. The item number is 389613277558. It was reported to have been delivered on 4/30/26 but has never arrived. My credit card account has been charged with the amount of $69.66 for this paint. When I check my purchases, it doesn't even show that it was made.

Mentor5 months agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
