Failed to pay???
I put an item in my inventory list and 6 months later I get a notice saying failure to pay I didn’t commit to the item and decided I didn’t want it and now e-bay is agreeing with this Chinese based company stating they took item outta mailbox cause I didn’t pay. So E-Bay bite me m. And kids don’t put **bleep** in your box or after six months they can try and screw with your credit when they utter failed to pay.

·2 years agoWhat exactly do you mean by "inventory list"? The terms ("took item out of mailbox", "in your box") you are using are not the terms eBay uses (or that I've ever heard of in 2 decades on these boards).
Did you put it in your Cart and then "Request a total" from the Cart? If so, you DID commit to buy it and any other items you had in the Cart from that seller, and it said so right by the button you clicked to request the total, which would explain why you would be blocked (it takes non-payment for at least 2 items in the past 12 months for that block to kick in). The original seller(s) didn't just "utter failed to pay" out of the blue "after 6 months" and wouldn't have even known the item was in your Cart unless you did something to "commit to buy". S/he had only 30 days from when you committed to buy to cancel for your non-payment within 4 days.

So you have a defect for non payment? Maybe more than one? If two, you can be blocked by many sellers.
These defects stay with you for one year.
