Failed to deliver in a reasonable time
I ordered a set of stepson 12/11/23 with estimated del date of 16/11- 20/11.
Having not received any tracking information I contacted seller on 22/11/23 they replied at 7.16 pm on the 22/11 with a tracking number and the item turned up on 23/11/23 again I contacted the seller to be advised that its not their fault as Ebay sets the delivery dates and if I want to return the item I have to pay return postage.
As I explained to them that my wife has a medical condition and needed the steps as we are going away on 22/11/23 so I had to purchase a set from a local store.
Why should I have to pay return postage when listing said they would be delivered by 16-11 -- 20/11
This is OUT AND OUT misleading advertisement and good enough reason to have me purchase other items
