Failed return
So I looked up part 4 car item says will fit my car did not fit did not install at all. Asked seller to return they said okay I purchased my own shipping return and they said they would reimburse me so tracking number is in messages of ours and eBay won't open a dispute but post office did not deliver that weekend and seller knew what was going on and closed case so they would not have to pay and now I cannot open a dispute contacted post office they delivered the following week and seller has item but never returned payment

Mentor3 years agoYou did not follow ebay protocol, which includes adding the tracking number to the return request. You should have open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item (not doesn't fit), and not bought your own postage. Ebay would have sent you a prepaid return label seller will pay for, if he wants it back, and/or refund.
If the case is closed you will have to contact ebay and see if they can help you.
