Failed eBay gift cards
I purchased 4 $100 and 1 $50 EBay gift cards at a Food Lion today. I then sent them to a friend who had 2 of the $100 cards fail. Is there any recourse or refund available? The store takes no responsibility. Does EBay back up their gift cards?

You need to take them back to the store with the receipt and make sure they were activated.
