Failed delivery returned from Miami for international no explanation
How am I supposed to sell on ebay if I do everything I am supposed to as far as I know and international orders get returned no explanation? All I get is a return to sender sticker covering ship to. Why should I refund an order of there was an issue outside of my control? Maybe buyers address wasn't valid? Makes me want to stop using eBay.

OP1 month agoThanks for the replies. Yes I received the item back. I worked it out with the buyer but its very aggravating. Though I probably hurt myself refunding the entire order, didn't think to leave shipping out and since I had the item in hand returned, I refunded it. This one seems to be with the USPS and shipping info entered, buyer chose that offered method instead of eBays international so it wasn't addressed to a local hub. My best guess is their address was in a foreign language and once it go to customs they refused it since it should be in English. I just assumed the address eBay is using/providing me follows those rules, no way I can do anything about that and of course the seller takes the reaming.

However I would refund the item price ONLY and then relist. Do not refund any shipping costs.
You can add the buyer to your blocked list. https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock

Mentor1 month ago@jebsshop it's up to you on where u want to sell, if u want to stop selling on eBay, then delete your account
did u use ebay int'l shipping?
if u receive the item back, u need to refund the buyer since u can't have both the item and the money paid for it

Maybe it didn't make it through an inspection somewhere?
