Failed authenticity inspection
We bought a Burberry jacket at a friend's request at the end of June. The jacket did not fit her so we listed it for her to recover at least some of her funds. We just sold the jacket, but ebay is returning the jacket to us because they say it does not pass authenticity inspection. My question is, why were we not protected when we bought it?

Mentor10 months agoNot all items are covered by the authenticity guaranty program. It depends on several factors one of which is the price of the item. Also, if an item is shipped to a PO Box then it is not part of the authenticity guaranty program since the authenticators use FedEx for shipping and they are not allowed to ship to a PO Box.
