Failed authentication- How to get specific info?
Appraised necklace (sent with appraisal) failed eBay’s authentication process. The reason given was vague: variety of the main gemstone/s does not match listing. For reference, the necklace has one center morganite surrounded by multiple diamonds. How do I get specific information? Are diamonds a mix of G1 & G2 rather than all G1? Is the morganite Ethiopian versus South African? I’m looking for quantifiable information of what exactly doesn’t match. How do I get this?
