failed appeal on ebay cancelling a listing

I listed an obviously empty plastic container that a veterinary drug company sent my office as a freebee with their logo and the listing photo showed the item. Ebay cancelled the listing saying it violated their prescription drug policy. They then denied my appeal which was that the item was obviously an EMPTY container - no drugs involved, still saying it violated the prescription drug policy. You can sell empty pill vials, old medical tins, medical bottles - as long as they are empty - no drugs. How can I get through to them that this is an empty container that never even had medicines in it? There's no way to reply to their rejection letter
