Facing Issue On Verifying My Personal Identify

I hope this message finds you well. I urgently need assistance regarding my eBay account. I understand that it was my mistake not to update my billing address before receiving an order. I now need to change the billing address "country" from the United States to India, but the platform is not allowing me to do so.
My orders are currently pending, and I must ship them to my clients as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate any advice or solutions to help resolve this issue.
