EZ combined shipping

Is there an easy way to combine shipping for buyers who haven't paid yet? I'm trying to send an invoice and I want to offer the buyer my discounted rate but I don't know exactly how much that will be combined and I don't want to take a loss on shipping. I'm shipping two small flat rate boxes.

If you're shipping the small flat rate boxes, the charge will be the same whether you combine the shipping or not.
