EXTREMELY HIGH/OUTRAGUOUS SHIPPING COST CHARGED BY EBAY
So-- I returned an item that did not fit my application, even though the seller said it would. I was charged $93 for shipping to return the item which was a 9 lb package the size of a shoe box -- this charge was from ebay. I have had numerous chat sessions with ebay people that say they would handle it.. none of them have. When I asked to involve a supervisor, I got one that basically said too bad and that she was the ultimate authority and there was no other escalation possible. I have the chat transcripts to back this up. I don't have an issue paying actual/reasonable costs but nearly $100 is crazy. I'm really fed up with ebay and their games on this issue .
