extremely blotchy, pixelated uploaded photos
i just tried uploading a few items to sell and noticed, on my phone, the pictures looked fine, once uploaded via the app the items are unreadable, cant make out name, color, textures nothing. i tried researching this but all ive found is no solution pretty much...
I have tried every pixel ratio my phone allows for an s23. i have tried taking the pictures directly from the ebay app, tried uploading just using my own camera, then uploading via the app.
Thought maybe it was just my phone, restarted it, cleared ebays and cameras cache just in case. nothing. went to my computer and thought maybe it looks fine to everyone else but just looks this way from some glitch only on my phone, nope still looks like a bunch of loose granola on a screen.
i thought maybe ebays zoom feature was the issue (maybe i didnt get the right focal point for the camera to register what i wanted to focus on) made no difference
i dont use any 3rd party upload software, because i like the ease of use of the phone. nothing that i list needs precision macro like quality, but this quality is unrecognizable.
Also it just started today and ive been uploading just fine for the last 3 months
