    Extra shipping labels
                     

    I sold an item but could not get the shipping label to print.  Every time I tried, I created a new label and a new charge.   I finally created the label and shipped the product, but my profit was consumed by multiple unused shipping labels.  How do I delete/ cancel these unused labels?

    Go to

     

    Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

     

    VOID the labels that did not print.  Make sure you do NOT void the label you used.  USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the labels were never used.
