Extra Shipping Label Charge
I just got a message from eBay that I will be billed an additional amount on shipping, because apparently I underreported weight, by over 30 pounds. Obviously because I'm writing this, this is incorrect. I'm a newer seller on eBay and I honestly don't know how to approach this. Do I just take this loss, or can eBay help in any way. I would like to add that many months ago something similar happened but the price adjustment was smaller so I assumed I made a mistake then. This time I'm 100% sure the dimensions and weight were correct.
