We have had a lot of extra charges on "supposed" shipping. ebay has given us over $300.00 extra postal charges on product sent. They have said that USPS charged them more and they passed it on to us. The USPS dispute link would not work. We got in touch with A USPS distribution Center closest to us and they Checked every tracking number and reported no issues.
Our question? How do we get ebay to return monies they fraudulently removed from our account?
We need a number straight to a representative that does not loop us around all day and hang up on you.

Mentor4 months agoeBay did not fraudulently remove money from you. They passed on the charges from the USPS that applied to your packages. A distribution center does not make the determination for additional shipping charges. These charges are assessed at certain sorting centers as the package passes through the system. eBay cannot intercede in theses charges as you are the shipper of record for the package. You will need to contact USPS customer service and ask them how to dispute the additional shipping charges.

......You are telling me by checking all the tracking numbers on the USPS computers doesn't show any issues in sizing or weight issues? Of course it would. The USPS weighs our packages at the post office and scans the shipping label. How did a package go from 4lbs when weighed at the post office go to 14lbs along the way? The USPS Center these packages ended up at to be distributed is whom I talked with.
Look, I have seen videos from people who sell on ebay about issues very similar to these. We are just looking to talk to someone at ebay because the USPS claims there were no issues.
