Extra shipping charges

Question

I shipped a package from WI to CA at a cost of $32.04 it weighted my weight was 8.56 lbs.

Fedx scaled it in at 8.45 Lbs and I have a receipt this was shipped on 3/18/24.

I get an e-mail from E-bay on 3/27/24 saying my billable weight is 27.00 lbs and you owe an extra $31.08

Making my total shipping $63.12. On the detail report the billable weight is 29.00 lbs

I called Fedx and they said the weight was 8.30 Lbs on the phone and this is an Ebay issue.

This same thing happen last Nov with another $30 plus charge, I am always very honest on weights and measurements.

Any Feedback Welcome

This is a known issue. eBay was made aware on March 27, that Fedex was charging incorrectly for labels. The issue has continued and there is an open ticket so eBay is working on fixing this. eBay will contact you regarding any adjustments to your Fedex charges.
