EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES
FEDEX claimed the package I shipped was two pounds heavier than I stated and charged me $70. The actual weight was 36 lbs and they claimed it was 38 lbs. yet you can see below they say the billable weight is 107 lbs. This is screwed up and I would like to talk with someone from eBay, but it is impossible to reach a representative. Help

Mentor2 years agoSince you have a Billable Weight, it sounds like Fed Ex is using dimensional weight, which happens when the package exceeds 1728 cubic inches, which is 12x12x12.
