Extra labels
I just started selling on eBay and I lost hundreds of dollars on extra shipping labels that I accidentally processed. Now it’s such a task to get my money back. I wish it was as easy to get my money back as it is to take my money from me. I’m sure eBay gets allot of $ and allot of complaints on this subject.

Mentor2 years agoAny time a label doesn't print, or gets jammed, or you do not use it, you have 28 days (it used to be 5 days) to VOID the label. Goto
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
You locate the label, click Void label. The USPS will then credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. If you only need to REPRINT the label, that option is available for a limited time. After that time passes, you then will need to Void the label, and use Print Another Label if you still need to print a label for a sale.
