Extra item not returned

Hello, I recently sold an item, as I packaged it and sent it, I realized I also put in my son's mortal Kombat plug n play paddle, I wrote him a few times of course no response, contacted ebay a few times helped with making a report, heard noting from the report back and forth with them suggesting was to call the buyer, guess what no answer!! Now I cannot even get passed email eBay not even have them call me back. Any suggestions what I should do next? Thanks

There is little you can do. You sent an extra item to the buyer and eBay cannot force a buyer to return anything not part of the original listing (even that is somewhat questionable).
