extra item
The seller sent me an extra item and wants to email me a shipping label to send the item to the correct address. I'm not sure if this is ok to do or not

The seller should not be providing you with the name and address of another buyer. Advise the seller that you will mail the item back to him if he provides a return label, but not to reveal personal details of another buyer to you which is an invasion of the other buyer's privacy.

Mentor2 years agoIf you feel comfortable shipping to the correct buyer, you can do it. The usual method is for the buyer to file a Returns Request for the incorrect item, the seller agrees to accept and provides a prepaid return shipping label to return to the seller, and then the seller ships the item to the correct buyer. S/he is trying to save on shipping by having you ship the item to the correct buyer.
