Extra fees for international shipping
In the last day, Ive had 2 international orders. One to Puerto Rico had to be canceled bc $160+ shipping.
Ontario, Canada buyer attempted to order but sent me a screenshot which indicated I do not ship internationally. This is not the case and I immediately checked my settings to confirm.
Isn’t the Puerto Rico hub in Florida? And Canada in Illinois? Is there an issue with the way they have their shipping address set up? This has never been an issue before when I’ve shipped to both of their countries and now twice in the last 24 hours makes me wonder if something has changed that I’m not aware of.
