Extra charge a buyer for faster service
I would like to know how I can charge a buyer extra for faster shipping when already he is paid for the item and he is agreed to pay more for faster service?

Since you are engaged in a transaction with the buyer, you can share information.

You cannot charge the buyer through Ebay more for shipping than they have already paid. If they are willing to pay for expedited shipping, they can pay through other ways such as Paypal, or online payment app.
