Hello. I got charged $1.50 after I sold a textbook and am trying to figure out why this happened. Can you please explain why this might happen and how to prevent it from happening again?

@masudafra2024 I looked at your listing and don't see that you added any optional upgrades such as subtitle. I can't tell if you used Gallery Plus since the item sold but that's a $1 fee.

What does it say that the fee is for on your all transaction page>

Here's how to Contact Customer service:

Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right. ( I suggested using Payout as the keyword since it does relate to your payout)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
