Extending handling / shipping date
Hi. I’m selling an item that I won’t be able to ship until Dec. 20th. I didnt see any way to choose this when creating an ad. Max is 3 business days handling. Can you help?

Mentor2 years agoWhen creating the listing, you should be able to select a handling time from same day to 30 days. If you cannot revise the listing, I suggest you END the listing as suggested, and relist the item when you are able to ship.

Mentor2 years agoI don't think any buyer would agree to this, especially at the holidays. You might get an angry buyer who doesn't read that. It might be best to end the item and list later.
