Extended timeline for item returns if item was not as described?

Hello,

First off, ebay's agent chat bot is horrible.

Anyway, I purchased some car parts from a seller over 90 days ago. About 5 months to be exact. I tried installing them last night and they are for the wrong make/model.

I did not purchase the wrong parts, the seller had them incorrectly listed.

Is there any way I can dispute or return my items?

As stated, Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from date of delivery, no exceptions. You can try to contact the funding source you used to pay for the items to try to file a chargeback.

eBays buyer protection is only available 30 days after the delivery date so you wouldn't have a way to get your money back through eBay.
