Extended Time Away

Due to an illness and a necessary move across the country, I need to put my account on hold for 3-4 months. I'm an old guy, please assist. I hate the thought of having to relist all of my items.

I want to expand this answer to make sellers aware that there are 3 methods for handling extended Time Away: Time Away is the easiest option for short durations up to 30 days, but the seller must be mindful to renew each month for longer durations. End and relist is pretty straightforward if relisting within 90 days. Otherwise, listings over 90-days-ended will be purged from the site. @ldjones99 You just need to use Time Away, however since it's only good for 30 days you have to set a alarm reminder to restart it on day 29 each month. I know this works because I have an elderly eBay friend that has to put there listings on extended time away like this often. This might be a hassle if you are not up to restarting time away every 29 days before it expires. Setting it up is easy. Here are the steps> Go to messages> https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessage 2. Click where the blue writing that says Change Settings on the upper right 3. Click "lets go" for Time Away 4. Set your dates and select edit Time Away. 5. Select Start date ( Pause sales for up to 30 days while youâ€™re away) 6. Select your end date ( as I mentioned it can only be 30 days at a time) Do not accept any offers while you are away.
