You added a debit card and made it your preferred method to receive payouts and the Express payout comes with a $ 2.00 surcharge. Â

I am on Weekly payouts and have NO debit card on the account. They payout weekly every Tuesday, for me it simplifies the number of transactions I have to record in my bank account.
