Express Payout Fees
I am being charged an Express Payout Fee for proceeds deposited directly into my checking account - not via a debit card. eBay is telling me that it's because my bank allows express payouts which seems odd. How can I avoid these fees?

Express payouts
You can set up express payouts by adding a bank account or debit card as a payout method to receive your payouts faster. Once your eligible bank account or debit card has been verified, you can get scheduled payouts in minutes, or request an express payout on demand, and your bank will typically make funds available to you within 30 minutes.
A flat fee of $2.00 is applied to each express payout sent to your linked debit card or bank account, and eBay deducts the express payout fee, selling costs, and other fees from your funds prior to payout.
To avoid the fee, just don't use Express Payouts.
