Express payout fee
I got charged for an express payout that I didn't order and it actually took 10 days to go into my bank account because it was on hold. Suggestions?

Any payout to a debit card now incurs the $2.00 fee.
Make your primary payout account be the actual bank account rather than the related debit card and there will be no fee.
