express payout $2.00 charge credit
On friday May 1 I called CS to remove a $2.00 express payout fee. I never request Express payout. It is Wednesday May 6 and I have been on the phone with CS for over 20 minutes and still not resolved. I can barely understand the CS rep. I only have my bank account info on file and no debit card. I can hear the rep madly typing away. This is ridiculous. I am a small seller and have been with ebay for over 20 years. the CS service is poor in some topics. This is one of them I guess. I think I will call back and perhaps speak to a person who at least I can understand.
