I sold a watch to someone in Brazil.when item arrived in Brazil it was cancelled at the customs and posted back to me.any idea why it happend.also how we deal with a refund.would it be a full refund Including postage or the items value only.any help will be much appreciated as I haven't dealt with this issue beforeĀ
