Explain the deduction of 50% of the total ammount I paid for a returned item that did not work.
Shouldn't the seller have made sure that the equipment works before putting it on the market? Unless this is another way of making money out of returns they know that won't work, and by not informing the buyer the cost of returning the item before they buy. The seller advertises it as free shipping and returns, then they charges for returns when the item did not work. ebay should take note of this, and stop sellers of this nature from its site, or we will all say goodbye to ebay.

According to Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, you should have received a full refund unless the item returned was not in the same condition as when the seller shipped it.
