Expired shipping label
I made a sale while I was out of town (17july). I contacted the buyer and let her know that I would not be able to send the item right away and she was ok with it. I went ahead and created a shipping label that same day. I tried to download that label today and it was expired. I had to buy a new one. I got charged twice for a label. Is there any way that I can get a refund for the first label?
