Years ago I inadvertently created another sign in ID but it was not working for me. I have now been using my original ID on my mobile phone however, when I returned to eBay on my desk top computer, the ID that I'm not using pops up! How do I get my original ID back on my desk top as it is on my mobile phone?

Mentor2 weeks ago@alexwil-2721 Are you sure that they both have the same email address? Each eBay account need to have a unique email and user ID.

Both use the same email address.

Mentor2 weeks agoYour original Ebay account, the zxccxz (created in 2012) has recent sales.
The account you posted here with ( created in 2021) had sales within the past year.
As previously advised, close the account you no longer wish to use.
